ABC stands for Another Bindle Concept, which reflects my core reason for starting this adventure: bring the make-your-own-gear mindset to our beloved backpacking community in Europe. And more specifically, offer avid hikers and trekkers a chance to wrap their heads around the possibilities of high-quality custom-made backpacks without the hassle of investing time and efforts into learning the trade from scratch.
Why custom backpacks would you ask? Well, simply put, there are amazing commercial backpacks out there, but they are designed to suit many different needs, in order to reach as many customers as possible. A custom made backpack is not much more expensive, but it is tailored to one’s needs. Which translates to carrying only the things you need over substantially longer distances.
